Research opportunities

 

 

We welcome highly motivated individuals to join our undergraduate and graduate programs in the field of biomaterials science and engineering.

 

Undergraduate students are expected to work for almost one and half years in the lab to get used to scientific research in the field of biomaterials. Students should be members of the undergraduate program of School of Dentistry, Hiroshima University.

 

Graduate students should be qualified by an entrance examination of the Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences (more info). They are trained in the Master or PhD program to gain a necessary level of independence to pursue their original research. We welcome students from any institutions in Japan and overseas as well as graduates from Hiroshima University. Those who wish to join us as a Master or PhD student should e-mail Kato directly.
